Cancellation and Return Policy (for customers from EU)

If you are a customer from EU (European Union), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. To do this, you can use the cancellation form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with all the details immediately after.

If your order has not been shipped yet - we will cancel it right away. In this case, we will refund your full payment to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped you can return it within 14 days after you receive it.

You have two options how to do this:

- wait until the parcel arrives at your post office. Simply refuse to accept it upon delivery. The postal service will send it back to us automatically. You will not have to pay for this return.

- you can collect the parcel from the post office. After that, you can ship it back to us at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number of the package. Please contact us and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be sure that item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Shipping the parcel back to our warehouse may take some time. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund too.
