Cancellation and Return Policy

(for customers from EU)

 

If you are a customer from EU (European Union), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. To do this, you can use the cancellation form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after.

If your order has not been shipped yet:
We will cancel it right away. In this case, we will refund your full payment to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped and is on its way:
You can return it within 14 days after you receive it. You have two options:

1. Wait until the parcel arrives at your post office. Simply refuse to accept it upon delivery. The postal service will send it back to us automatically. You will not have to pay for this return.
2. You can collect the parcel from the post office. After that, you can ship it back to us at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number of the package.

Shipping the parcel back to our warehouse may take some time. As soon as we receive the goods back, we will inspect them. If the item(s) is unused and is in the same condition as it was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item(s).
